Bull BBQ has been welding outdoor kitchens out of Lodi, California since 1992. Their core product isn't a grill — it's a full 304 stainless steel kitchen system you build in tile or stone, with the grill as one of about a dozen components that share fit and finish.
The grill lineup runs five named series. Angus and Brahma are the workhorses — heavy 304 stainless heads with twin-tube burners, rotisserie kits, and interior lights. Outlaw is the entry-tier built-in. Diablo is the high-burn-rate pro line. Bison is the charcoal head for purists who don't want gas in the kitchen.
Beyond the grills, the catalog covers everything an outdoor kitchen needs from Bull's own foundry: side burners, sinks, refrigerators, doors, drawer assemblies, vent hoods. Buying the components together means tolerances match — the door cutouts on a Bull stainless run match Bull's drawer modules without an installer trimming on-site.

Every component head — grills, burners, doors, drawers — is 304 stainless, not 430. It holds up in coastal humidity and stays cosmetically clean for a decade.

Yes. Bull BBQ has manufactured in Lodi, California since 1992. The grill heads, side burners, doors, drawers, and vent hoods are welded and assembled at their own foundry — not assembled from imported components.
Angus is the 30-inch 4-burner workhorse — 75,000 BTU, interior lights, twin-tube burners. Brahma is the 38-inch 5-burner step-up with a dedicated sear burner and rotisserie kit. Outlaw is the entry-tier 30-inch built-in at 60,000 BTU. Diablo is the pro line at 95,000 BTU. Bison is Bull's only charcoal head.
Yes. Every gas grill model is offered in matched natural gas and liquid propane variants — the fuel is encoded in the model number (8 = LP, 9 = NG). Bull doesn't sell field-convertible heads; the regulator and orifice sets are factory-matched.
Yes. The main burners carry a lifetime warranty against burnout — the longest in the category. The grill housing carries a 10-year structural warranty; smaller assemblies (rotisseries, ignitions) are covered 1-3 years depending on the part.

Yes. Most Angus, Brahma, Outlaw, Diablo, and Lonestar models are designed as built-ins with a finished underside collar so they sit flush in masonry. Cart-mount versions are available where the model line offers them.
