The Story
Bull BBQ has been welding outdoor kitchens in Lodi, California since 1992. Their core product isn't a grill — it's a full 304 stainless steel outdoor kitchen system you build in tile or stone, with the Bull BBQ grill head as one of about a dozen matched components that share fit and finish. Whether you search Bull BBQ, Bull Outdoor Products, or bullbbq, this is the same California foundry making every piece.
The Bull BBQ grill lineup runs five named series: Angus, Brahma, Outlaw, Lonestar, Diablo, plus the Bison charcoal head. Angus (30") and Brahma (38") are the workhorse built-ins with twin-tube burners, rotisserie kits, and interior lights. Outlaw is the entry-tier built-in at 60K BTU. Lonestar is the value freestanding on a cart. Diablo is the high-burn-rate pro line at 95K BTU. The Bull Power Q Core is the modular island-cart system for smaller patios. See our Bull BBQ Angus vs Brahma vs Outlaw vs Lonestar comparison guide for a full head-to-head breakdown.
Beyond the grills, Bull's Lodi foundry covers everything an outdoor kitchen needs: side burners, sinks, refrigerators, doors, drawer assemblies, vent hoods, drip pans, and grill covers. Buying the components together means tolerances match — the door cutouts on a Bull stainless run match Bull's drawer modules without an installer trimming on-site.

Design Principles
01
Every component head — grills, burners, doors, drawers — is 304 stainless, not 430. It holds up in coastal humidity and stays cosmetically clean for a decade.
02
Welded and assembled in Lodi, not assembled-in-the-US from foreign components. The foundry is the same one that's been running since 1992.
03
Bull's grills, side burners, drawers, doors, and vent hoods are designed to share dimensions. Combining the catalog means cutouts and seams line up without on-site trimming.
04
Bull's main burners carry a lifetime warranty against burnout. Most competitors cap at 10 years or limit to the original purchaser.
Questions
Yes. Bull BBQ has manufactured in Lodi, California since 1992. The grill heads, side burners, doors, drawers, and vent hoods are welded and assembled at their own foundry — not assembled from imported components.
Angus is the 30-inch 4-burner workhorse — 75,000 BTU, interior lights, twin-tube burners. Brahma is the 38-inch 5-burner step-up with a dedicated sear burner and rotisserie kit. Outlaw is the entry-tier 30-inch built-in at 60,000 BTU. Diablo is the pro line at 95,000 BTU. Bison is Bull's only charcoal head.
Yes. Every gas grill model is offered in matched natural gas and liquid propane variants — the fuel is encoded in the model number (8 = LP, 9 = NG). Bull doesn't sell field-convertible heads; the regulator and orifice sets are factory-matched.
Yes. The main burners carry a lifetime warranty against burnout — the longest in the category. The grill housing carries a 10-year structural warranty; smaller assemblies (rotisseries, ignitions) are covered 1-3 years depending on the part.

Yes — that's the design intent. Bull's grills, side burners, sinks, refrigerators, doors, drawers, and vent hoods are dimensioned to share cutouts. A masonry contractor can build the stone or stucco shell to standard Bull dimensions and drop the components in without on-site trimming.
Yes. Most Angus, Brahma, Outlaw, Diablo, and Lonestar models are designed as built-ins with a finished underside collar so they sit flush in masonry. Cart-mount versions are available where the model line offers them.
The Bull Stallion is a discontinued 30-inch 4-burner built-in that predated the current Angus and Outlaw lines. If you're cross-shopping a used Stallion against a new Outlaw, the Outlaw wins on burner design, ignition reliability, and current warranty support. The Angus (30", 75K BTU) is the modern successor to what the Stallion used to be.
The Bull Power Q Core is Bull's modular outdoor kitchen island system — a pre-built stainless steel core that houses a grill head plus optional side burner, fridge, or storage components. Designed for patios where masonry isn't practical. Ships as one unit, installs in a few hours, and accepts every Bull grill head from Angus 30" through Brahma 38".
Bull-branded drip pans (21" x 15" and 16" x 15" for the common 3- and 4-burner heads), grease trays, cover kits, and burner replacements are all in stock at bbqs.com under the Bull brand collection. Same-day shipping on stocked parts, factory-direct fit.
