How the consult works.
Our specialists work with homeowners, builders, and architects across every project type — from a single freestanding grill on a patio to a fully-integrated suite with refrigeration, side burners, storage, ventilation, and gas. The consult is free; we have no commission target and no upsell.
We start with how you actually cook — weeknight family meals, weekend entertaining, low-and-slow weekends — and the dimensions of your patio or new build. From there we spec the right grill size, the right brand suite (so finishes and panel sizes match cleanly), gas-line capacity, ventilation rating, and the order in which to lay out the components so the workflow is right.
By the end of the consult you have a complete spec sheet, an itemized quote across every brand involved, and lead times for every line. Most consults take 30–45 minutes; some run longer when the build is complex.
