Every product we sell carries the manufacturer's warranty as published on the product page. Coverage and length vary by brand — Hestan and Aspire by Hestan ship lifetime warranties on burners, grates, and structure. Bull, Coyote, and Summerset ship lifetime on stainless plus 10–15 years on burners.
As an authorized dealer, we coordinate warranty claims directly with the manufacturer on your behalf — you don't have to chase them yourself.
To start a warranty claim, email support@bbqs.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll respond within 2 business days and walk you through next steps.
