Built-in grills are designed to drop into an island or kitchen cabinet — best when you're building an outdoor kitchen with side burners, refrigeration, and storage. Freestanding grills come on a cart with wheels and shelves — better when you don't have a permanent kitchen, or you want flexibility to move the grill.

Gas (both natural gas and liquid propane), charcoal, pellet, and hybrid (gas + charcoal). Most premium brands offer both NG and LP conversion kits — let us know which gas you have and we'll spec the right model.

A 30-inch grill (3 burners) feeds 4–6 people comfortably. 36-inch (4 burners) handles 6–10. 42-inch (5 burners) is the right call for entertaining 10+ or for serious low-and-slow with multiple cooking zones. If you're unsure, contact us — we'll size it against how you actually cook.

Most premium gas grills require 3/4" rigid gas line for the BTU loads they put out. If your existing line is undersized, you'll see flame-out at high heat. We can review your install plan and confirm sizing — free consult.

Premium built-in grills start around $3,500 and run up to $15,000+. A complete kitchen — grill, side burner, refrigerator, storage drawers, ventilation, gas line, masonry — typically ranges $25K–$80K installed. We'll spec to your budget and tell you where to spend and where to save.

Every grill ships with the full manufacturer warranty. Premium brands (Hestan, DCS, Bull, Coyote, Alfresco) include lifetime warranties on burners and grates and 5+ years on most other parts. We handle warranty claims directly — no chasing the manufacturer.

Yes — standard returns are accepted within 30 days on unused merchandise in original packaging. Custom-configured kitchens and special-order configurations are final sale. A restocking fee may apply per manufacturer policy.
