RapidSear is Coyote's dedicated 18,000-BTU infrared burner found on the S-Series and SL-Series grills. It produces a focused high-temperature sear zone — typically 900°F+ — alongside the conventional gas burners, so you can sear a steak on one zone while the rest of the head runs at indirect heat.

Coyote's catalog includes the grill, side burners, single and double access doors, single and double drawers, refrigeration drawers, vent hoods, sinks, double-faucet ice chests, paper-towel and spice modules. Every cabinetry component shares masonry cutout dimensions with the grills, so a mason can build the stone or stucco shell from a single Coyote dimensional spec sheet without on-site trimming.

Yes. The Asado 18-inch ceramic kamado smoker is Coyote's wood/charcoal entry — a single-vent ceramic grill with an integrated stand, hood, and ash drawer. There's also the C1PZ hybrid pizza oven, which runs wood or gas. Both sit in the same cabinetry system as the gas grills.

The C, CL, S, and SL gas grills are designed as built-ins with a finished underside collar and matched masonry cutouts. Each grill also has a freestanding cart variant (handle suffix "freestanding") for installs where the masonry build isn't an option.
