Hestan Outdoor sits at the precision-engineered end of the grill market. The parent company built its reputation indoors — Hestan Commercial cooking suites are standard issue in serious restaurants — and the outdoor line carries the same fit-and-finish discipline outside.
Every Hestan grill head is welded in marine-grade 304 stainless with full TIG seams, the same construction standard that boat builders specify. The cooking surface is heavy-gauge stainless rod, not the lighter wire that lower-tier brands use; the rotisserie motors are dedicated infrared burners rather than top-mount add-ons.
The catalog is curated rather than exhaustive. Hestan Deluxe in 30, 36, and 42 inches. Hybrid grills that let you swap a gas zone for charcoal mid-cook.
