The Story
Coyote Outdoor is a dealer-distributed maker — you don't find their grills in big-box stores, you find them through outdoor-kitchen specialists who spec the full system. That distribution model lets them build a tighter, deeper catalog than mass-market brands and back it through trained installers rather than over-the-counter returns.
The grill lineup runs four named series. The C-Series is the workhorse built-in. The CL-Series adds a lift-assist hood and safety valve on the same footprint. The S-Series steps up to RapidSear infrared burners. The SL-Series combines RapidSear plus the CL lift-assist hood as the top-tier. Beyond gas there's the Asado 18-inch ceramic kamado smoker and the C1PZ hybrid wood/gas pizza oven.
The cabinetry catalog is what closes the loop. Access doors and drawers, double-faucet ice chests, paper-towel and spice modules, vent hoods, refrigeration drawers — every component is dimensioned to share the same masonry cutouts as the grills, so a mason can build a Coyote outdoor kitchen from a single dimensional spec sheet without trimming on-site.

Design Principles
01
Sold through authorized outdoor-kitchen dealers, not big-box. Trained installers and a real service network — not over-the-counter returns.
02
C, CL, S, and SL grill lines share the same cutouts, so you can step up from the workhorse C-Series to a sear-equipped SL-Series without re-cutting the kitchen.
03
The S-Series and SL-Series include Coyote's RapidSear infrared burner — 18,000 BTU dedicated to the high-temperature sear zone alongside the conventional gas burners.
04
Access doors, drawers, refrigeration, hoods, sinks, ice chests — dimensioned to share cutouts with the grills so a mason builds from a single spec sheet.
Questions
The C-Series is the workhorse built-in gas grill. The CL-Series adds a lift-assist hood and safety valve on the same footprint. The S-Series steps up to Coyote's RapidSear 18,000-BTU infrared burner alongside the conventional gas burners. The SL-Series combines RapidSear infrared plus the CL lift-assist hood as the top-tier dealer line. All four share masonry cutout dimensions so you can swap up without re-cutting the kitchen.
RapidSear is Coyote's dedicated 18,000-BTU infrared burner found on the S-Series and SL-Series grills. It produces a focused high-temperature sear zone — typically 900°F+ — alongside the conventional gas burners, so you can sear a steak on one zone while the rest of the head runs at indirect heat.
Coyote is a dealer-distributed brand — sold through authorized outdoor-kitchen specialists and design-build dealers, not big-box retail. That gets you trained installers, a real warranty service network, and access to the matched cabinetry components designed to share masonry cutouts with the grills.

Yes — that's the design intent. Coyote's catalog includes the grill, side burners, single and double access doors, single and double drawers, refrigeration drawers, vent hoods, sinks, double-faucet ice chests, paper-towel and spice modules. Every cabinetry component shares masonry cutout dimensions with the grills, so a mason can build the stone or stucco shell from a single Coyote dimensional spec sheet without on-site trimming.
Yes. The Asado 18-inch ceramic kamado smoker is Coyote's wood/charcoal entry — a single-vent ceramic grill with an integrated stand, hood, and ash drawer. There's also the C1PZ hybrid pizza oven, which runs wood or gas. Both sit in the same cabinetry system as the gas grills.
The C, CL, S, and SL gas grills are designed as built-ins with a finished underside collar and matched masonry cutouts. Each grill also has a freestanding cart variant (handle suffix "freestanding") for installs where the masonry build isn't an option.
