The Pit Boss® Wood Pellet & Charcoal Kettle Grill brings the bold, wood-fired flavor of hardwood pellets together with the classic char of charcoal in a single 376 square inch kettle—big enough for 14 burgers, 3 whole chickens, or 4 racks of ribs at a time. Say hello to weeknight dinners, weekend cookouts, and the kind of backyard gatherings nobody wants to leave. Load the hopper with hardwood pellets for hands-off, set-it-and-cook-it smoke, or lay in a single layer of briquettes for a seared-edge char. Either way, a rapid igniter fires up your fuel at the push of a button, so there is no match to strike. In pellet mode, the advanced P.I.D. digital controller holds anywhere from 150° to 500°F in 5° increments, while the included meat probe tracks doneness so you are not lifting the lid to guess. Low-and-slow ribs in the afternoon, hot-and-fast burgers at dinner, same grill. A 16 lb hopper and charcoal insert tray fuel the longest cooks, and quick hopper cleanout means hickory on Saturday and apple on Sunday. A foldable front shelf, built-in spice rack, kettle lid holder, and integrated bottle opener keep everything within arm's reach.
