The Pit Boss® 1600 Pro Series Pellet Grill is built for big cooks, bold wood-fired flavor, and smarter grilling from start to finish. With 1,598 sq in of cooking space, this extra-large pellet grill is ready for everything from weeknight dinners to brisket, ribs, burgers, and barbecue for a full backyard crowd. Straight-grid, porcelain-coated, cast iron cooking grates deliver dependable heat retention and lasting durability, while the all-new rapid igniter helps you get cooking faster. The 4.3-inch LCD full-color touchscreen controller lets you set temperatures from 180°–500°F with confidence, and built-in WiFi + Bluetooth connect to the Pit Boss Grills app so you can monitor temperatures, track meat probes, and adjust your cook from your digital device. When it is time to sear, the Flame Broiler™ lever delivers direct flame cooking up to 1,000°F for bold, chargrilled, steakhouse-style results. A 32 lb hopper supports extended cooks with fewer refills and includes an easy pellet cleanout door for faster fuel changes. Designed for long cook sessions and everyday convenience, this grill also features barrel lighting for cooking after dark, removable ash management for easier cleanup, two meat probe ports with two included meat probes, a folding front shelf, and a solid side shelf with tool hooks. Backed by a 5 year warranty, the Pit Boss® 1600 Pro Series Pellet Grill is made to handle more food, more flavor, and more time around the grill.
Most grills ship within 1–3 weeks. Built-to-order configurations and pizza ovens can take longer — exact lead time appears on the product page.
