Memphis Grills is the Chaska, Minnesota pellet grill brand that pushes the category higher-end: temperature range from 180F cold-smoke all the way to 700F direct-fire searing (most pellet grills top out at 450F), with the Memphis app letting you control the pit from your phone.
Three series: Beale Street (entry $2,900+), Pro ITC3 (mid-tier WiFi-connected, $4,500+), and Elite ITC3 (top-tier, $7,000+). All built on a double-walled stainless firebox with a competition-grade PID controller.

Memphis is the $3-10K premium step up for serious cooks who want pizza-oven searing + competition-grade PID control.
Which Memphis model should I start with?
Beale Street at $2,900 is the entry — same cook performance as Pro ITC3, minus the premium WiFi + stainless cart. Pro ITC3 at $4,500 is the volume pick: full WiFi, app control, 304 stainless. Elite ITC3 at $7,000+ is for competition / restaurant use.
Does Memphis sear like a gas grill?
Yes — the direct-flame mode (slide the flame deflector out) gives you 650-700F direct-flame searing on the grates. True hard-sear in 90 seconds per side on a NY strip. Most pellet grills can't do this.
