Most in-stock grills, smokers, and outdoor kitchen components ship free via standard freight within the contiguous 48 states. Tracking is emailed when the carrier picks up.

In-stock grills typically ship in 1–3 business days. Built-in suites and special-order configurations are built to spec by the brand — lead times range 1–8 weeks depending on the manufacturer. Your order confirmation shows the expected ship window for every line item.

Standard freight is curbside drop-off only. White-glove delivery (inside placement, set in place, packaging removal) is available on premium suites for an additional fee. Email hello@bbqs.com with your model and ZIP before ordering for a quote.

We ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada — contact us for a custom freight quote. International orders are subject to duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
