The stainless steel insert is easily removable for quickly switching between the two functions. The roaster accommodates a variety of liquids. Simply insert a 12-ounce can of your choice of beer or juice into the center of the roaster, and the liquid will infuse the poultry with tender, delicious flavors. For easy clean-up, this insert is dishwasher safe. Designed for use with the Gourmet BBQ System Cooking Grates.

Standard freight is free on most grills and outdoor kitchen components. White-glove delivery (inside placement, packaging removal) is available on premium suites for an additional fee.
If your grill arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we'll handle the manufacturer claim. No restocking fees. Standard returns are accepted within 30 days on unused merchandise in original packaging for a full refund on the merchandise; custom-configured kitchens and special orders are final sale.
