When it comes to getting that steakhouse quality steak off of your backyard gas grill, its simply not possible without an infrared searing burner. Installs in a matter of seconds, this Artisan infrared sear zone burner (ART-ISB) replaces the standard burner in your Artisan gas grill. Use your infrared searing burner for a variety of foods - fish, steaks, vegetables, fajitas and more. Typical stainless steel tube burners reach upwards of 500 degrees, this infrared searing burner, however, gets up to 1,000 degrees. The Artisan Grills ART-ISB fits all Artisan gas grills and does NOT fit any other model or brand of grill.
