Each product card shows live stock status. Items marked "In Stock" ship within 3 business days from the manufacturer's warehouse. Items marked "Backordered" show the expected ship-by date — we only sell what manufacturers have actually committed to delivering.
30 days from delivery, no restocking fees. Built-in grills that have been installed are non-returnable (per the manufacturer's warranty terms). Custom-configured outdoor kitchens are final sale after the configuration is signed off.
