Returns
30-Day Standard Return Window
Standard returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused merchandise in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply per the brand's policy — we'll quote it before you ship anything back.
How to Start a Return
Email returns@bbqs.com with your order number and the model you'd like to return. We coordinate freight pickup directly with the carrier. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the brand confirms the unit was received in original condition.
Custom Configurations & Special Orders
Built-in suites configured to your spec and special-order finishes are final sale. We disclose this at checkout and reconfirm before any order is placed with the brand. If you're not sure whether your build qualifies, ask us first — better to confirm before the brand starts the run.
Damage in Transit
If your grill arrives damaged, photograph the crate before unpacking and contact returns@bbqs.com within 48 hours. We handle the freight claim and brand-warranty replacement directly — no chasing the carrier yourself.
