The offset firebox contains a charcoal grill perfect for grilling steak and burgers. The horizontal BBQ chamber can maintain the ideal barbecuing temperature of 200 - 250 degrees for hours. This is the perfect spot for cooking ribs, brisket, pork roasts & shoulder and chicken. The vertical slow smoking chamber cooks at temperatures from 160 degrees to 200 degrees, perfect for sausage, fish, turkey, jerky and even cheese. Made from 1/4" structural plate steel. We include a

The Stack is fully welded to this unit. If you want to pick one of these units up... you have to have an open pick up truck or large van with a 79" height clearance. We have a forklift, so getting it on to your truck is no problem for us!
