Most barbecues are not available to purchase on this site and are only available as an in store purchase.
Why? There are a number of reasons. The product does not lend itself well to shipping as a one piece item - They arrive here fine in truck load quantities! Freight costs can often exceed 1/2 of the original cost of the barbecue. (We once quoted a customer in California and the freight cost was almost the value of the barbecue - not worth it) If you do not live within driving distance of our store and cannot find the barbecue you want locally, please call or email us and we will gladly get a freight rate for you. We will require your contact telephone number and full address.
Shipping
Currently we only provide e-commerce shopping to Canadian addresses.
All orders are shipped within 2 business days via Canada Post Expedited Parcel service. Most often, orders received by 2:00 PM our time ship the same day.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days following the weekend or holiday. Please allow 1 - 10 business days for delivery depending upon your geographical distance from Toronto.
A tracking number will be emailed to you on the day your order leaves our warehouse.

Warranty
Items received defective or damaged may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange for the same product. Used items will not be accepted for return or refund. Freight charges to return goods to us are your responsibility unless the item was shipped to you in error. Different products have different warranties depending on the supplier. Please contact us to verify warranties prior to purchasing or contact the supplier. If you suspect a defect in your new product, please contact us at onlineinfo@bbqs.com or call toll free 1-800-387-7757.
Pricing
All pricing is in Canadian Dollars. All orders shipped within Canada are subject to a freight charge. All orders shipped to Ontario, B.C., Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador are subject to HST.
Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to limit quantities on items available for sale, and the right to reject, correct or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price for any product you order was incorrectly shown on our Web Site, we will give you an opportunity to place an order at the corrected price. The total amount of your order will be charged to your credit card upon check out.
If you wish to cancel an order, you may request a cancellation by emailing us and or by calling 1-800-387-7757. Bear in mind, we attempt to ship orders as quickly as possible and your order may be processed and shipped if you do not contact us quickly.
If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased, we will gladly give you a full refund or exchange the product(s) if you return it to us within 30 days after you receive it in its original condition (including all packaging, accessories and manuals). Our full address is listed below. Your invoice is required for returns. If any packaging, manuals, accessories or other items are missing, the return may be refused, or we may deduct the value of any of the missing items. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except if we have shipped the wrong item to you or if the item is defective.
