All units are factory lubricated with mineral oil.
You can re-lubricate as needed with same or veg' oil.
The only part that may wear over time are the "O" rings and of course we stock the replacement "O" rings

Comes with 2 needles:
1 - 3/16" OD diameter straight injection needle.
1 - 3/16" OD diameter perforated needle with 9 holes running up the shaft.

OPTIONAL: 3/16" OD diameter straight injection needle ideal for whole hog and extra large thick cuts.
