This porcelain cast iron griddle is two sided. Flat on one side for bacon, eggs, pancakes or whipping up a mess of fried onions and mushrooms. The second side is ribbed, great for fish!
8 1/2 wide by 17 3/8 deep, it is designed to replace the cooking grill on all large sized Broil King barbecues with the same size cooking grill.
(All Monarch and Crown barbecues manufactured in 2003 and after) Will fit on almost any other barbecue - just palce it right on the existing cooking grills! (Broil King / OMC Part number 11223)
