This porcelain cast iron griddle is two sided. Flat on one side for bacon, eggs, pancakes or whipping up a mess of fried onions and mushrooms. The second side is ribbed, great for fish!
8 1/2 wide by 17 3/8 deep, it is designed to replace the cooking grill on all large sized Broil King barbecues with the same size cooking grill.
(All Imperial barbecues) Will fit on almost any other barbecue - just palce it right on the existing cooking grills! (Broil King / OMC Part number 11211)
